About the Role

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of full-stack software engineering, including Java, JavaScript, Spring, and React.js.
• Should have built at least one project using Spring Boot and React.js.
• Understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles and architecture behind scalable applications.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Strong desire to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of both client-side and server-side applications.
• Design efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Develop and enhance our main software products using Java, JavaScript, Spring, and React.js.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with team members to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Manage individual project deliverables and timelines to ensure the timely launch of products.
• Write and maintain readable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.
