We are seeking a Junior Engineer Product Development to support the engineering and technical

aspects of product development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical

engineering principles, CAD software proficiency, and a keen interest in manufacturing processes. This

role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience

in product design, prototyping, and production optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in product development, prototyping, and engineering validation.

Support in CAD/CAM modeling, technical drawings, and BOM preparation.

Work closely with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams, including Concept Design,

Product Development, and Production.

Conduct material selection, structural analysis, and design feasibility studies.

Assist in design validation, testing, and process optimization to ensure quality and compliance

with industry standards.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance production efficiency.

Document design changes, engineering challenges, and process improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to contribute to

product innovation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Pytha (willingness to

adapt to Pytha).

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural design.
