Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Job Overview: Lead end-to-end strategy, design and execution of innovative insurance products, ensuring market relevance, regulatory compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders on gathering requirements with regard to new product filing / revision of product
  • Preparing IRDAI filing documents as per prevailing IRDAI guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance as per product filing guidelines and product approval
  • Maintaining record of documents of approved products
  • Preparing various reports to be submitted to IRDAI
  • Coordinating with Marketing team for designing Marketing Material
  • Closely monitor the competitor products being launched in the market

Eligibility:

  • Knowledge of General Insurance
  • Good communication skills - Written and Verbal
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience in product development / non-motor underwriting
  • Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute of India will be preferred
