What you will do
- Execute Technology Delivery Model process to deliver new products
- Work with Product Line Managers and Procurement (e.g. issuing RFI/RFQ) to identify best offer from a cost and supply perspective
- Be the main interface with additive companies
- Collaborate with Additive companies and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Technology Advisor / OEM Technology Specialist to obtain product claims, support Marketing for product launch
- Execute product deployment related activities for products, including coordinating with other functions
- Provide post product release technical support for products, including Brand Product Integrity incident investigations, manufacturing issues
- Provide training sessions to Additive Companies
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Master s degree or above in Chemistry/Allied subjects from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Industry work experience
- Good knowledge of technical tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solution seeker - ability to critically evaluate different solutions to address need
- Commercial intensity - ability to drive product to commercial success, not just commercialization
- Ability to manage risk
