Role DescriptionThe Product Development (PD) function is responsible for translating buyer concepts into commercially viable, safe, compliant, and aesthetically superior plush products. It bridges design, sampling, sourcing, and production while ensuring alignment with international buyer standards.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Developer, located in Greater Noida.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Development and Product Management
• Experience with Research and Development (R&D) processes
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Strong aesthetic sense (especially for premium markets)
• Knowledge of plush construction (patterning, stuffing, finishing)
• Fabric & trim knowledge
• Understanding of international compliance standards
• Costing & negotiation skills
• Attention to detail (critical for premium buyers)
• Educational background in a related field, such as Product Design,Toy Design,Accessory Design.
