About the Role:
As a member of the Epicor Products Development team, you will develop and maintain our Products. Possible projects include enhancing functionality, web-enabling products, integrating with other modules, Monolithic to Microservice transformation or extending our mobile offerings. Most new products are developed in C#, .NET, Angular while Java is still used for existing applications. You will also need to work with PICK Language and Universe Database. You will be working on product transformation.
What You ll Do:
- Development and maintenance of Epicors products.
- Develop and enhance new and existing applications
- Write, unit test, and deploy code using established standards and procedures
- Understand and adhere to business requirements and technical specifications for large, complex projects
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing software according to company standards and procedures.
- Contribute to Product s cloud journey
- Various PoC on Integrations and breaking up of Monolithic to Microservice
- Mentoring the team as and when required
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or appropriate computer science related certificate) OR MCA
- 5-8 years of experience in .Net, C#, and SQL Server, Angular 8+, Cloud Native application with Azure, and any of the cloud native DB like Snowflake, Data lake, Cosmos DB.
- Hands on experience with Azure cloud management.
- Hands-on experience in .Net, Restful services, Web API.
- Strong analytical and written and oral communication skills
- Well organized, strong attention to detail, and focus on quality
- Acceptance to work in 1st generation language PICK and Flat file system Database (Universe). Acceptance to work in JAVA as and when required.
