Job Description : Job Description (Key Accountabilities)
- Design and Development: Creating and developing electronic components and systems using CAD software. This includes designing products that meet specific requirements and standards.
- Testing and Validation: Conducting tests to ensure the reliability, performance, and safety of electronic systems. This involves developing test plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manufacturing Support: Overseeing the manufacturing process, including the assembly and installation of electronic components. Ensuring that the products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
- Project Management: Estimating budgets and timelines for projects, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that the electronic systems integrate seamlessly with other components and systems.
- Innovation: Staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into product designs.
- Actively and regularly co-ordinate your planning activities and designs with the responsible Manager of the R&D WAGO division.
- Define, accompany, and evaluate the necessary laboratory tests and lead the article to series release. 3. Job Specification Experience
- Experience >5 Years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in the field of product development of electromechanical products would be preferred.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software for designing electronic components, and experience with simulation tools like MATLAB or ANSYS for analysing electronic systems.
- Experience: Relevant work experience in designing, developing, and testing electronic systems. Experience in project management and manufacturing processes is also beneficial.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Innovation and Adaptability: A willingness to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into product designs.
