Job Title Java Tech Lead – GenAI Developer Experience 8–14 years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead enterprise-grade R&D initiatives focused on building GenAI-powered developer productivity tools. The role emphasizes designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Java architectures while integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise developer ecosystems (IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms). Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture Define robust, scalable architectures for GenAI-based developer productivity tools (plugins, services, APIs).
- IDE & Ecosystem Integration Lead design and integration of IntelliJ/Eclipse plugins with enterprise workflows, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Platform Scalability & Security Architect solutions aligned with enterprise-grade performance, security, and governance requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product, security, and platform engineering teams to align tools with enterprise IT strategies.
- Cloud & DevOps Enablement Integrate GenAI tools within CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Governance & Compliance Ensure solutions adhere to data privacy, auditability, and industry security regulations.
- Mentorship & Leadership Guide development teams, conduct design reviews, and enforce enterprise architecture best practices.
- Continuous Improvement Gather enterprise-wide developer feedback and refine tools for maximum adoption and ROI. Skills & Qualifications Java Architecture Deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, and enterprise-scale system design. IDE Plugin Development Strong background in IntelliJ/Eclipse plugin development, integration with enterprise developer workflows. Generative AI & LLMs Applied knowledge of integrating LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc.) into enterprise applications. Enterprise Systems Good to have experience with enterprise middleware, and developer platform integration. Cloud & DevOps Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines. Security & Compliance Strong understanding of data privacy (GDPR), enterprise security, and compliance standards. Collaboration Ability to engage with cross-regional teams in French and English.
