Product Developer

● 5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong focus on the MERN stack

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

● Strong experience on WebSocket / Socket programming is a must. Websocket is mandatory

advantage.

● Strong knowledge of Kafka, Nginx, or GraphQL.

● Proven experience leading or architecting multi-module SaaS products in Startup environments.

● Strong command over REST APIs, Microservices, and asynchronous architecture.

● Expert in building AI-powered products using AI agents and use of modern vibe coding workflows to rapidly

prototype and scale intelligent applications.

● Exposure to AI/ML or 3rd Party integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain,

TensorFlow, etc.).

● Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

● Deep passion for processes, API documentation, and clean code.

● Strong debugging and reverse-engineering skills, ability to understand complex systems quickly. Ability to

balance IC responsibilities with team leadership.

● Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Git, and API documentation tools like Postman or Swagger
