We're looking for a talented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. You'll be responsible for creating the look and feel of our digital products and building a strong design culture. Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic product design decisions that directly influence user experience, satisfaction, and scalability
• Collaborate to set a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with user needs and business goals.
• Apply graphic design skills to create visually captivating interfaces, icons, and illustrations that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency and quality across various platforms and devices.
• Contribute and positively influence the design team's culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.
• Keep abreast of the latest standards, changes, and trends in user interface, user experience, information architecture, and more.
• Engage in user interviews and research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 4+ years as a UI/UX designer with experience in multiple screen sizes and platforms.
• Experience in a startup with an agile development environment and fintech is a plus.
• Excellent visual and interaction skills, as well as proficiency in UI and interaction design tools.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong hold on common UX and UI patterns.
• Hunger to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Obsessed with customer experience, simplicity, and information architecture.
