We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience who knows design deeply and communicates it clearly. Someone who can own a project from brief to delivery, lead design decisions with confidence, and articulate the thinking behind their work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product design process end-to-end, from brief and discovery through to final handoff.
• Make and defend design decisions with clear rationale across clients, engineers, and internal teams.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
• Lead design reviews and present work to clients with clarity.
• Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain a high quality bar across the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of product design experience (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showing design depth: systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Ability to explain every design decision, not just present the output.
• Strong communication skills across clients, engineers, and designers.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Fluency with AI design tools.
• Some knowledge of branding and brand systems is a plus.
• Formal design education preferred.
