Product Designer (UI/UX) in
India.
In this role, you will create intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will shape the design vision from concept to execution, balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal. Working closely with product managers, developers, and automation teams, you will translate complex requirements into elegant user interfaces and seamless user journeys. Accountabilities
- Translate product goals and user needs into creative, impactful design solutions
- Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts
- Create polished UI/UX designs that are visually consistent, accessible, and modern
- Build and maintain design systems for scalability across multiple products
- Conduct UX audits, analyze user feedback, and refine user journeys accordingly
- Define and evolve product visual identity and brand tone, ensuring consistency across interfaces and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and AI/automation to deliver high-quality designs
- Present design rationale, gather feedback, and participate in workshops and product brainstorming sessions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or digital platforms (web, mobile, SaaS)
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and related design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and usability testing
- Excellent knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
- Strong visual design foundation: layout, typography, and color theory
- Portfolio demonstrating world-class product design, UX craftsmanship, and attention to detail
- Preferred: Experience designing AI-driven or automation products, familiarity with HTML/CSS, motion design, and micro-interactions
