Product Designer (UI/UX)

The designer will own the end-to-end design process from understanding user needs and mapping product journeys to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final handoff. The person will work closely with the product and development teams to establish consistent design standards and create an intuitive experience for business users.

Key requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product-design experience
• Proven experience designing B2B SaaS or similar enterprise products
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product and user journeys
• Experience designing dashboards, workflows, administrative interfaces, and information-heavy screens
• Ability to understand user behaviour, pain points, and decision-making patterns
• Strong knowledge of colour psychology and its purposeful application in product design
• Experience creating and maintaining consistent design systems
• Strong understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design
• Ability to simplify complex information and workflows
• Experience conducting user research, interviews, usability testing, and task analysis
• Ability to create clear wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design handoffs
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A portfolio demonstrating both visual-design quality and effective problem-solving
