Product Designer, UI/UX

Role Description We are looking for a Product Designer, UI/UX to help shape intuitive, modern, and highly usable experiences across Anelyz's research technology products.

This is a full-time remote role for a hands-on designer who enjoys simplifying complex workflows and turning data-heavy products into clear, polished experiences.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to design dashboards, research workflows, configuration interfaces, respondent experiences, and other web and mobile product experiences. You will be involved throughout the product design lifecycle, from understanding requirements and mapping user flows to wireframing, prototyping, visual design, design systems, and final developer handoff.

The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with excellent visual design judgment and understands that enterprise software can be powerful without feeling complicated.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive experiences for complex SaaS products, dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished product designs.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.
• Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure design quality is maintained.
• Build, maintain, and evolve reusable components and product design systems.
• Simplify complex research and operational workflows without sacrificing functionality.
• Create clear information architecture and interaction patterns for configuration-heavy products.
• Use feedback, product behavior, and business requirements to continuously improve existing experiences.
• Contribute to new product concepts and help validate design approaches before development.
• Maintain consistency across Anelyz products while allowing individual products to solve different user needs.
• Conduct design reviews and provide clear specifications and interaction guidance to engineering teams.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, clarity, and visual quality throughout product development.

Must Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a closely related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real SaaS, web application, dashboard, or complex product design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, user flows, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, consistency, and usability.
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, admin tools, or workflow-based applications.
• Ability to take a feature from early requirements through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff.
• Experience collaborating directly with software engineers and understanding practical implementation constraints.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate design decisions clearly.
