Role Objective:

As we continue to scale, we are looking for dynamic professionals who can work closely with our founders and leadership team to shape, grow and strengthen our ventures from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast-moving ecosystem - helping to build lead, scalable, and future-ready businesses that redefine their industries. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design for Altellect's product experiences - crafting premium, intuitive, and emotionally resonant experiences for premium users, while using AI-enabled tools to accelerate creativity, prototyping, and execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead UI/ UX design for the ventures and productsunder Altellect - from concept sketches to polished, development-ready screens.
  • Design user journeys across assessments, product discovery, guidance flows, dashboards, coaching interactions, or other evolving experience areas.
  • Use AI-led design workflows (e.g., generating moodboards, rapid prototypes, journey variations, design explorations, content placeholders, animation previews) to move fast and broaden creative exploration.
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interaction patterns, and micro-interactions suitable for a premium, HNI-friendlyexperiences.
  • Partner with the Venture PM, Content Strategist, and Venture Lead to translate ambiguous ideas into structured user flows and early product experiences.
  • Collaborate with DesignOps to ensure alignment with Altellect's design system while adapting the venture's unique visual identity.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering to ensure feasibility, smooth handoff, and pixel-perfect execution.
  • Conduct usability tests, prototype validations, and rapid refinement cycles using AI tools to synthesize insights faster.
  • Build visual assets, interaction storyboards, and motion guidance to support the venture's overall narrative.
  • Maintain a high bar for visual sophistication, clarity, and consistency across all touchpoints.

You are an ideal candidate if you have/ are:

  • 46+ years of experience as a full-stack product designer (UI + UX) ideally with exposure to wellness/health-tech, luxury lifestyle, premium consumer products, or high-trust digital experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showing clean, modern interfaces, refined visual sensibility, and structured UX thinking.
  • Fluent in Figma and familiar with tools such as FigJam, prototyping tools, Lottie/Rive, and visual design plugins.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Uizard, Galileo, Diagram, product-copy generators, flow creators).
  • Ability to work independently inside a small venture pod, owning multiple aspects of the design process end-to-end.
  • Comfort designing for HNI audiences attention to tone, polish, discretion, and emotional detail.
  • Collaborative mindset partnering smoothly with product, content, engineering, and central design teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills with an ability to bring clarity in ambiguous 01 environments.
