The company focuses on addressing gaps in traditional edtech models, such as lack of personal interaction, limited motivation, and high costs, to deliver a more learner-centered experience.

Role Description The Product Designer role at Tutedude is a full-time remote position responsible for shaping intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences across the platform. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers, developers, and content teams to translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. The Product Designer will conduct user research and usability testing, apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems, and refine product flows based on data and feedback. This role also involves maintaining design consistency, contributing to design systems, and iterating on features to improve learner engagement, motivation, and course completion rates.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Design skills, with the ability to take concepts from discovery to final implementation.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving methods to create user-centered solutions.
• Experience with User Research and UX Research to gather insights, validate ideas, and inform design decisions.
• Solid Visual Design skills, including layout, typography, color, and interaction design for digital products.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional remote teams and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Understanding of UX best practices for web and mobile, including accessibility and responsive design.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in edtech or designing for learning platforms is a plus.
