About the role:
As a Product Designer for Toing, you will lead end-to-end design for high-impact projects, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders to build intuitive, scalable internal systems. Because our target audience is Gen Z, you'll craft meaningful, delightful, and trend-setting experiences. We value innovation, high engagement, and a healthy dose of fun.
What qualities are we looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C product design
- Has delivered impactful and well-crafted design solutions previously.
- Should have a sound understanding of interaction design and prototyping tools.
- Great at collaboration with engineers, knows how to handoff and deliver pixel-perfect output
- Should have worked in a fast-paced organisation.
- Is proactive and takes ownership
- Attention to detail and a great aesthetic sense are a must!
- Knows how to work with design systems - framework lead design approach

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, PMM, Merchandising, ops, sales, engineering, analysts etc)
- Innovate where necessary and reuse where possible
