About the Role

Supertails is looking for a UI/UX Designer with a passion for crafting engaging, user-friendly experiences. You

will play a crucial role in translating user needs into intuitive interfaces, ensuring seamless interactions

across web and mobile platforms. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine

the user journey and elevate the overall design experience.

What You Will Do

Develop visually engaging and highly intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall product

experience.

Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design concepts

effectively.

Ensure a consistent design language across all digital platforms, balancing brand identity with

user-centric functionality.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to refine designs based on

real-world insights.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth

implementation of UI/UX designs.

Stay ahead of design trends, motion graphics, and interaction design innovations to create

delightful experiences.

Leverage AI-powered design tools extensively to accelerate workflows, automate repetitive tasks,

and enhance creativity in design solutions.

Deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

We'd Love for You to Have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and other industry-standard design tools

Strong UI skills to create visually appealing, interactive, and engaging user experiences

Experience in motion design/animation is a plus

A strong ability to maximize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks,

and enhance design efficiency
