About This Role
Design at SequenceDynamics is not decoration — it is a core part of how we create value. Our products are used by business operators every day to make real decisions. As our Product Designer, you'll own the design of our product suite end-to-end, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design system maintenance. You'll need to be as comfortable in a data-heavy dashboard as you are in a consumer-facing marketing page. You'll work directly with founders and have a significant voice in product direction.
What You'll Do
- Lead design for our core product suite (Snow AI, SalaryMint, client-facing dashboards)
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and translate findings into design decisions
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes for new features before engineering handoff
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure design intent is preserved in code
- Design marketing pages, landing pages, and sales enablement materials
- Advocate for user needs in product planning and roadmap discussions
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of product design experience for digital products
- Expert Figma proficiency including components, variables, and prototyping
- Experience designing complex B2B or data-heavy applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and decision-making
- Ability to design for both light and dark themes with systematic thinking
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and their design implications

- Experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) as well as web
- Background in information architecture for data-dense enterprise products
- Illustration or icon design capabilities
