About the Role
Epoch Media Group is looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to support core product experiences across Web and App.
This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working end-to-endfrom understanding product requirements to shipping polished, production-ready designs. Youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to build thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints.
What Youll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for Web and App products (UX + UI)
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with PMs and Engineers throughout discovery, design, and delivery
- Apply UX best practices to improve usability, clarity, and engagement
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
- Support implementation with clear specs, annotations, and QA
- Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and continuous product improvement
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of Product / UX Design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, prototyping)
- Experience designing and shipping Web and/or Mobile products
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and hierarchy
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with PMs and Engineers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience across both Web and Mobile products
- Exposure to user research or usability testing
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints
- Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing
