Key Responsibilities
- SaaS & AI Product Strategy: Lead the design for complex SaaS workflows, focusing on AI-enhanced features (e.g., automated proctoring, AI-driven skill gap analysis, and predictive hiring dashboards).
- End-to-End Design: Own the full design lifecyclefrom deep UX research and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototyping.
- Design System Management: Contribute to and scale our centralized Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all product modules and platforms.
- Mobile-First Thinking: Design responsive web experiences and native mobile applications that maintain high performance and usability for candidates taking assessments on the go.
- UX Research & Validation: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design hypotheses and iterate based on real-world user feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, and Frontend Developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Motion & Delight (Good to Have): Utilize motion graphics to enhance storytelling, simplify complex transitions, and add delight to the user journey.
Requirements & Skills
- Expertise in Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (for UI/UX and prototyping) and FigJam (for collaborative whiteboarding and flows).
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation; After Effects or Lottie for motion (preferred).
- AI Design Fluency: Proven experience in designing for AI productshandling transparency, prompt engineering interfaces, and AI feedback loops.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing SaaS web applications, mobile designs, and evidence of a structured research-driven process.
- Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant interfaces.
