Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days a week)

Salary – 35K to 70K per Month

Job Description:

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Product Designer to manage the entire lifecycle of our luxury lighting collections and bespoke installations. Key Responsibilities1. Concept Development & Research

• Ideation & Sketching: Conceptualize new lighting fixtures, home accessories, and monumental installations through sketching and form exploration.
• Trend & Material Mapping: Research global luxury design trends, experimental techniques, and new material blends (glass, metals, stone, and ceramics).
• Visual Storytelling: Build comprehensive mood boards, material swatch collections, and design narratives that capture the signature Klove aesthetic.

2. Technical Design & Prototyping:

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Generate complex, high-fidelity 3D models and realistic renders mapping product placement, scale shifts, and finishes.
• Technical Specifications: Translate design intents into precise 2D/3D technical drawings and clear Bills of Materials (BOM) for the manufacturing floor
• Vendor & Artisan Coordination: Partner directly with traditional Indian glassblowers and manufacturing vendors to oversee prototyping, sampling, and quality control.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Sales & Architecture Support: Create tailored design presentations for premier architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Marketing Synergy: Provide high-end visual renders and asset contents to the PR and marketing teams for brand collateral.
• Archive Integrity: Maintain meticulously cataloged digital and physical archives of all ongoing and past collection files.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of proven experience in product, ideally within luxury interiors or lighting sectors.
• Design Philosophy: A strong spatial understanding and appreciation for slow design, sculpture, and craftsmanship.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep clarity on material limits, luxury finishes, electrical basics, and industrial manufacturing constraints.
• Execution Style: Thrives in a highly fast-paced environment, meeting tight timelines with obsessive attention to detail.

Software Proficiency:

• Must-Have: Rhinoceros 3D (Primary Tool), KeyShot (Rendering), and AutoCAD (3D& 2D Drafting).
• Preferred: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Blender 3D, or SolidWorks.
