We are looking for a designer who has impeccable product taste to add magic to our insights and launch the best products for our categories.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of product design and product taste
- Take a final call on product design choices, keeping in mind the JTBD, target metrics, user profile, design language and brand guidelines.
- Build alignment on all the above choices with Business, Product, Engineering & Brand stakeholders
- Own the final output and metrics
Ideal Persona would have:
- Strong experience in building B2C products that stand out for product design and product taste
- Fully adept at AI driven design and SDLC
- Exposure to product management, to double up as a Product Manager in the 0-1 stage
- Ability to get their hands dirty and build bottoms up - we are looking for doers, not managers
- Proven record of complete product design ownership in 0-1 stage - moving business and product metrics
- Proven record of working with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus
- Sharp understanding of design frameworks for AI-native products
- Sharp understanding of the latest tools and paradigm for product design as a craft
- Sharp understanding of AI -native designs practices - how to leverage the latest in AI to make design processes efficient
- Entrepreneurial experience will be a big plus
