Job Description:

• As a Product designer you will play a crucial role in creating compelling user experiences by combining your expertise in user interface design interaction design and visual design
• Your work will contribute to the overall success of our digital products and services

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Responsibilities
• Understand user needs through research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences
• Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking including advanced methods such as ethnography and contextual inquiry
• Define research strategy aligned with business goals
• Define IA Sitemaps and Navigation Models
• Create and validate high level design concepts with customers
• Define solution architecture and collaborate across UX UI and engineering teams to validate feasibility
• Establish design patterns and guidelines including micro interaction patterns ensuring consistency across products
• Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards
• Drive usability testing and synthesize findings for design improvements
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data driven insights
• Maintain design systems and visual consistency across all product touchpoints
• Review and validate prototypes for compliance with the Experience Design framework
• Manage project sign off and closure activities
• Lead design discussions
• Stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design
