Product Designer – Implementation

Location: Gurugram (5 Days Work From Office)

We are looking for a strong Product Designer with hands-on experience designing complex digital products, connected systems, and production-ready application interfaces.

This role is ideal for designers who can take rough product concepts, workflows, or system ideas from senior design leadership and independently convert them into polished, implementation-ready product experiences.

The role involves working closely with engineering teams on highly interactive software platforms connected to real-world systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate product concepts and rough UX directions into production-ready interfaces

* Design complex application workflows, dashboards, operational systems, and multi-state interfaces

* Create scalable UI systems and reusable component libraries

* Define interaction behaviors, edge cases, transitions, responsive states, and micro-interactions

* Build high-fidelity prototypes and implementation-ready specifications in Figma

* Collaborate closely with frontend and product engineering teams

* Ensure pixel-perfect implementation and consistency across products

* Contribute to scalable design systems and interaction standards

Mandatory Requirements

* 3–6 years of Product Design / UI UX experience

* Strong experience working on:

* Enterprise applications

* Automation platforms

* Workflow-driven B2B products

* Strong portfolio showcasing:

* Complex product workflows

* Application UI

* System-driven interfaces

* Strong understanding of:

* Experience collaborating directly with frontend engineering teams

* Ability to independently execute designs from abstract concepts or rough product direction
