About the Role

We are looking for a Product Design Intern who will collaborate closely with the Design, Product, Engineering, Business, and Data teams to create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. This is an opportunity to learn hands-on in a high-growth environment and contribute to products used by millions.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Interface Design

• Support creation of wireframes, prototypes, and UI screens for upcoming features.
• Work with senior designers to translate user insights into engaging UX flows.
• Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines.

Design Research & Usability

• Assist with user interviews, usability tests, and surveys.
• Organise and analyse research findings to refine designs.
• Coordinate with product & data teams to understand user behaviour and insights.

Visual & Interaction Design

• Create pixel-perfect UI elements and interactive components.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Uizard for building design assets.
• Explore motion/interaction design using Principle, ProtoPie, AfterEffects.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work with engineers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and critiques.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in UX/UI and digital product design.
• Proficiency in Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD.
• Experience or interest in using AI design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Uizard) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to motion design tools is an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or internship design projects.
• Interest in faith-tech and building meaningful user experiences is highly valued.
