What qualities are we looking for
>2-4 years of experience in B2C product design
>Should have a sound understanding of interaction design and prototyping tools.
>Has delivered impactful and well-crafted design solutions previously.
>Knows how to work with design systems - framework lead design approach
>Great at collaboration with engineers, knows how to handoff and deliver pixel-perfect output
>Should have worked in a fast-paced organization.
>Is proactive and takes ownership
>Attention to detail and a great aesthetic sense are a must!
>Good to have: formal design education, exposure to experiential product building (travel, movies, events, fashion), and some art direction skills
