About the Role

We're looking for a Product Designer (PD-2) who goes beyond pixels — someone who designs with purpose, drives strategy, and shapes the why behind what gets built. You'll play a key role in crafting experiences that are redefining how millions of Indians manage their money.

As a PD-2, you'll collaborate closely with the CPO, PMs, Engineers, and Data teams to deliver experiences that delight users while moving critical business metrics like growth, engagement, and retention. You'll also help establish an AI-first design culture, experimenting with how artificial intelligence can supercharge design speed, creativity, and impact.

What You'll Do

• Own the full design process: from discovery and research wireframes high-fidelity UI final production.
• Partner in product strategy, helping define which problems to solve and how design drives growth.
• Translate complex financial journeys into simple, trustworthy, and joyful user experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate UX validation, generate UI ideas, and test user flows efficiently.
• Work with Data Analysts to turn insights into design actions that improve user retention and conversion.
• Build, refine, and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across the product ecosystem

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

• Bring 3–5 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking — from identifying problems to delivering measurable results.
• Are fluent in Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Understand UX principles, growth design, and design systems deeply.
• Thrive in cross-functional environments and can ship fast without compromising quality.
• Think beyond aesthetics — you ask, Does this move the metric not just Does this look good

Bonus Points

• Experience in FinTech or other high-engagement consumer products.
• Passion for both typography and conversion funnels.
• A mindset like a mini-CPO — balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Hands-on experimentation with AI tools for prototyping, testing, or interface generation.
