Have 1.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields. At IDfy, our design team aspires to be a brand of its own an entity within the company where stakeholders turn for creative, innovative, and impactful solutions. We re looking for individuals who are willing to take ownership of their work, go beyond being just a design resource, and contribute to the growth of the design culture within the organization. Also:

• A willingness to take accountability for your work and contribute to a design team that thrives on innovation and collaboration.
• Proven UX Experience: A solid background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver impactful projects.
• Design Systems Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: High-level skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software. (We are using Figma!)
• Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Interaction/Motion Design
• Basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and how KYC (Know Your Customer) works.

We, at IDfy, are seeking a Product Designer - Level I to join our dynamic and fast-growing design team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow and contribute to user-centred, visually compelling, and technically feasible design solutions.

You will work as a part of the product team, collaborating closely with other Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities will include:

Champion Systems Thinking: Craft scalable, reusable solutions that seamlessly align across platforms and products.

Develop and Document Design Standards: Establish design principles, components, interaction patterns and design tokens rooted in accessibility guidelines to promote consistency across our product suite.

Collaborate Cross Functionally: Work closely with PMs, developers, business team and fellow designers to create user-centric solutions that are aligned with our goals. You should be able to tailor your communication style according to the audience.

Craft & Research: Independently develop design solutions that balance aesthetics, user needs, and technical feasibility. Conduct user research using a variety of methods.
