We are looking for a Product Designer who can bridge design, business, and technology to build intuitive, high-impact products. You'll play a key role in shaping how industrial and operations teams interact with data and systems helping reduce downtime, improve operator decision-making, and visualize environmental performance all through thoughtful design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, functional design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile interfaces
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with user and business goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations
- Use UX research tools and rapid prototyping methods to accelerate learnings about user behavior and product fit
- Maintain design consistency through a scalable design system
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Experience with UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging user experiences
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience designing for operations tech, industrial or automotive automation, or data visualization tools
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or low-code tools
- Exposure to product analytics, A/B testing, or performance dashboards
- Experience in cross-functional product development environments
- Interest in building solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability outcomes
