About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on user experience design, user interface design, product thinking, design systems, interaction design, and digital product workflows.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated outputs related to UX research, wireframing, user flows, interface design, design critiques, usability analysis, and product design decision-making. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for product design, creative problem-solving, design intelligence, and user-centered experiences.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience designing digital products, consumer applications, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common product design and UX scenarios
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated design recommendations, UX analyses, interface critiques, and product workflows
- Assess AI outputs for usability, design quality, user experience, accessibility, consistency, and logical reasoning
- Review AI-generated user flows, wireframes, product concepts, design systems, and interaction patterns
- Identify usability issues, design inconsistencies, accessibility concerns, workflow gaps, and product experience risks in AI-generated outputs
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in product design and UX workflows
- Support projects involving UX research, interface design, user journey mapping, design systems, and product strategy
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on product design and user experience intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, Interaction Design, or related roles
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and product design methodologies
- Experience designing web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or digital consumer experiences
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, or similar platforms
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, design systems, and interface specifications
- Strong analytical thinking, design reasoning, and attention to detail
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated design outputs for quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting UX research, usability testing, customer interviews, or design validation studies
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, responsive design, information architecture, and interaction design frameworks
- Experience working with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross-functional product teams
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work across web or mobile applications
- Experience with AI-powered products, design systems, enterprise software, or consumer technology products is a plus
- Familiarity with data-driven design decisions and product analytics is advantageous
