Why this role matters
As a Product Designer at Finrep, you'll design experiences used by SEC reporting, accounting, legal, and investor relations teams during their most critical workflows. Your work will directly shape how users navigate complex disclosures, interpret AI outputs, and make confident decisions under tight deadlines.

What will you do
- Design end-to-end product experiences across research, benchmarking, drafting, and review workflows
- Translate complex financial and regulatory processes into intuitive user flows
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship high-quality features
- Design AI-powered interactions with a strong focus on transparency, control, and trust
- Rapidly prototype ideas using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to validate concepts early
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to and evolve Finrep's design system and UX patterns
- Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to iterate on shipped experiences
What skills do you bring
Core Skills
- Strong fundamentals in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
- Experience designing complex B2B or workflow-heavy products
- Ability to quickly prototype and test ideas using modern, low-latency design and build tools
- Solid understanding of design systems and scalable UI patterns
- Highly skilled in using LLMs as part of the design process, including prompt design for exploration, testing, and UX workflows
- Strong hands-on experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, or similar
- Ability to interpret product data and translate insights into design decisions
- Clear communication of design rationale and tradeoffs
Experience
- 2 to 4+ years of experience designing production software
- Experience shipping features from concept through launch
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams on feasibility and implementation details
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, evolving product environments
Bonus Points
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial software
- Familiarity with accounting, compliance, or regulatory workflows
- Experience designing AI-assisted or decision-support products
- Startup experience or experience working in early-stage teams
