Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of expertise in interface and interaction design, including experience in data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a user-centric approach, and hands-on experience building scalable design systems.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, including 1–2 years in data-heavy applications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (B.Des/M.Des) in Product, Industrial, or Information Design from top institutes (IITs, NID, UID)
- Proven portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions
- Strong experience in enterprise design systems and scalable Figma component libraries
- Exposure to AI-driven design and translating AI features into intuitive user experiences
- Proficiency in collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Tier-1 product companies or startups
- Minimum 2 years of stability in current/previous roles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
