Product Designer

You will split your time between product design (mobile app and web dashboard) and brand and marketing output (posters, social creatives, and short-form video). Expect to own work end-to-end, from research and flows through to ship.

• 3 to 5 years of professional product design experience.

• Portfolio demonstrating shipped work on both mobile (iOS or Android) and web platforms. Mobile-only or web-only portfolios will not be considered.

• Strong UX foundations with the ability to defend design decisions through user research, flows, and systems thinking, not just visual taste.

• Expert-level Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, design systems).

• Proficiency with Canva for posters, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.

• Hands-on video editing experience using Canva (our primary tool). Must be able to produce polished short-form content independently, including cuts, transitions, motion graphics, and sound.

• Solid understanding of responsive web design, mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design), and accessibility basics (WCAG).

• Experience working with design systems and shipping consistent UI at scale.
