The Role: As a product designer, you will be in a fast paced environment, and your day-to-day tasks will consist of engaging with product managers and other stakeholders, to understand the requirements and creating well designed flows, high and low fidelity prototypes, visual interfaces for a good user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design of the product and also work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business and feature requirements.
• Own the design from start to end and keep nurturing it with post-release tracking data.
• Translate requirements from the PRDs into concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Stress on Why - What - How as product design process/philosophy to arrive at an intuitive UX solution. Work with the product team to understand the requirements and think about why it is important and how it will impact the product in terms of business & user gains in the long run before going to design the interface. Be always on top of the tracked numbers through tracker software for impact and performance and past numbers which helps in taking decisions while designing.
• Maintain the consistency of the product in terms of one design language according to established style guide & design system, interaction and behaviours.
• Collaboration and teamwork (within design, product and engineering) is the key to product success, and should be open for multilevel feedback to make the product better and consistent.

Requirements:

• Product Designer: 3 - 6 years of relevant hands-on experience as a product designer(UX).
• Proven portfolio as a Product Designer and worked in a product company ecosystem.
• Very good communication skills and adaptive attitude.
• Deep knowledge of the design process, research methodologies and attention to details.
• Proficient with the tools in Design and Prototyping (Figma / Sketch).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Masters / Post-Graduate / Graduate in UX/UI design from NID / IIT /Any other design institutes.
