About The Role
We are looking for a Founding Designer to own the visual and UX layer of an early-stage B2B AI platform. You will be the sole designer in our early-stage team, reporting directly to the CEO. You need to be comfortable with a wide range of work, from animating motion-graphic explainers to designing enterprise-grade management dashboards.
What You Will Own
- Product Design: Build and iterate on the UI/UX for our governance and management console as we expand our AI product pillars.
- Motion & Explainer Work: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics that explain complex enterprise AI concepts simply and credibly.
- Brand & Marketing: Own all visual outputs—landing pages, pitch deck visuals, and LinkedIn content that builds our brand in the enterprise AI space.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in UX design and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Figma (product/marketing), After Effects (motion/animation), and Illustrator.
- Solid UX fundamentals: Information architecture, interaction design, and component libraries.
- Self-starter: You need to be able to work independently, proactively, and without hand-holding.
- Portfolio-driven: Applications without a portfolio or examples of work created from scratch will not be reviewed.
