Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the products.
• Work with product managers and engineers to iterate on and refine existing experiences.
• Solve design problems end-to-end: translate research insights into ideas, design workflows, and create detailed interactions.
• Sketch and prototype ideas to test viability and design fine-grained interaction details.
• Collaborate closely with engineers as they build and ship ideas.
• Continuously improve design processes, principles, and tooling; stay updated on UI/UX techniques, tools, and patterns.
• Partner with product managers to define and evolve product roadmaps.
• Raise the design bar; work is referenced as an example of exceptional craft and taste.
• Ship products with major business impact; owned areas show visible improvement.
• Operate autonomously, identifying and addressing needs without direction.
• Engineers love working with you; designs are clear, considered, and easy to implement.
• Earn trust from peers; your judgment on quality is respected.
