About the role:

We are seeking a talented and empathetic Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in building impactful digital experiences for neurodiverse children, their families, and the professionals who support them. You will lead design efforts across web and mobile apps used by therapy centres, parents, and caregivers, while also shaping the creative direction of interactive children's content.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of responsive web apps and mobile apps that empower therapists to create personalized learning plans and help parents support their child at home.

Craft clear, intuitive, and accessible interfaces for therapists, parents, and admin staff with attention to usability, scalability, and responsiveness.

Focus on interaction design, ensuring seamless user flows, delightful transitions, efficient navigation, and clarity in information architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, psychologists, and educators to deeply understand the needs of all user groups.

Guide the UX and visual strategy for children's content, working closely with illustrators, animators, and game developers to ensure brand alignment, accessibility, and engagement.

Champion design standards and accessibility guidelines for neurodiverse users.

Run usability testing with users and observe child engagement sessions to inform design decisions.

Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Stay up to date on trends in UX, accessibility, and AI design tools.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design across web and mobile platforms.

A degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful end to end process including incredible visual design, UX processes, design systems and creative thinking.

Experience designing complex workflows for users like data visualisation, dashboards, etc.

Passion for solving problems creatively with a user-first mindset with a strong understanding of business needs and growth.

Comfort collaborating with creative teams including illustrators and animations.

Deep empathy for neurodiverse audiences and a commitment to inclusive and engaging design.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Some exposure to children's content or gamified experiences is a plus.
