Product Designer
Job Description
About the Role
Care.fi is looking for a Product Designer to revamp the user experience across our product.
You'll work closely with Product & Engineering to:
- Review existing user journeys and identify usability gaps
- Redesign key flows to make them simpler, intuitive and consistent
- Bring consistency across UI, interactions and design components
- Build reusable design patterns / components
- Translate complex product workflows into clean, user-friendly experiences
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
- 1–4 years of experience in Product / UI-UX Design
- Strong understanding of usability and user-centric design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Ability to think in terms of end-to-end user journeys, not just individual screens
- Strong product sense and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
