Product Designer

We're Hiring: Product Designer (UI/UX) – B2C Gaming

At Baazi Games, we're building high-engagement consumer gaming experiences for millions of players across India. We're looking for a Product Designer to help craft intuitive, visually rich, and high-converting user experiences across our mobile gaming platforms.

If you're passionate about designing for consumer behavior, gamification, retention systems, and real-time engagement products, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives across core player journeys

• Design engaging mobile-first experiences across gameplay, lobby, onboarding, rewards, wallet, and retention systems

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Game teams to translate business and user needs into intuitive experiences

• Drive strong UI craft, interaction design, and scalable design systems across platforms

• Contribute hands-on through wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and polished visual interfaces using Figma

• Design for engagement, habit loops, retention, monetization, and gamified user behavior

• Use data, experimentation, and user insights to continuously improve player experience and product performance

• Help evolve and scale the design function over time through processes, systems, and design thinking

What We're Looking For

• 4–9 years of Product Design / UI-UX experience

• Strong experience designing mobile-first B2C products

• Expertise in Figma, prototyping, component libraries, and design systems

• Strong understanding of user behavior, engagement loops, conversion, and retention mechanics

• Excellent visual design, interaction design, typography, hierarchy, and motion fundamentals

• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-ownership environments

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Background

• Experience in Gaming / Real Money Gaming (RMG) / Fantasy / Social Gaming / Consumer Tech

• Exposure to gamification, behavioral design, and live-ops systems

• Understanding of player psychology, reward systems, and monetization UX

• Experience designing game interfaces and high-engagement real-time products
