About Swades AI

Swades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our HealOS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional SaaS products, PowerDialer.ai and OpenMic.ai. We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

About the Role

We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, Senior Product Designer — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.

You've worked on an Indian SaaS product team, 3–5 years. Your portfolio needs to include real B2B dashboards — not just landing pages or consumer apps.
