Work on end-to-end design tasks including research analysis, wireframing, Interface design, and essential prototyping
Collaborate with Product Managers to understand problem statements and translate them into thoughtful design solutions
Understand and apply Amaha's design system, ensuring consistency and accessibility
Write clear, intent-driven UX copy aligned with user needs and context
Present your design rationale and thought process during reviews
Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and real-world constraints
Explore basic motion or micro-interactions to enhance user experience (if required)
What We're Looking For
Foundational understanding of UX fundamentals and problem-solving
Hands-on experience with Figma for wireframes, UI, and prototyping Ability to understand product complexity and break it down into intuitive experiences
Familiarity with design systems and thoughtful usage of components Basic understanding of web and mobile platforms, and awareness of their design guidelines
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions
A systematic, reasoned approach to design; not just visual polish Sensitivity towards designing for users in vulnerable or emotionally complex situations
