The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Designer to join our ALLEN Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end design of key features. You will also work closely with senior designers to deliver high-quality, polished designs for our core learning platforms. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong foundation in visual craft and a passion for creating pixel-perfect, elegant user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence and Execution: You will be responsible for translating user flows into polished, pixel-perfect UI designs and prototypes, maintaining an extremely high standard for visual quality and craft.
- System and Visual Consistency: Rigorously adhere to the ALLEN Design System to ensure brand and visual continuity across all digital products.
- Research: Assist the UX research process by preparing materials for usability testing and user interviews, and helping to document and synthesize the resulting findings.
- Collaboration and Feedback: You are expected to effectively articulate your design solutions to a diverse group of stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, business teams, and fellow designers. Active participation in design critiques is essential, requiring you to both provide and receive constructive feedback to continually elevate the team's visual output.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional or internship experience
- Showcase exceptional UX and UI skills with a strong portfolio that includes wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the latest design tools like Figma. Working with AI tools is a big plus.
