Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role. The Product Designer will lead the design process for educational products, performing user research, defining product specifications, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design and seamless usability. Additional responsibilities include conducting usability testing, refining solutions based on feedback, and ensuring alignment with global education standards to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Visual Design, emphasizing aesthetics.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking processes to ideate and create user-centric solutions
• Expertise in Product Design with a focus on creating functional, intuitive, and innovative designs
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Fusion 360, Rhino and Coral Draw.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Designing and related field.
• Prior experience designing solutions for education technology or toy designing is a plus.
