Product Designer — Mobile + Web

The Role

As a Product Designer at Truemeds, you will own product experiences end-to-end — from

understanding the problem and customer needs to defining flows, designing interfaces,

prototyping, testing, and working with Engineering to ship the final experience.

You will also contribute to building a consistent and scalable design language across

Truemeds Mobile and Web experiences.

What you'll do

● Own Web and App design problems from concept to implementation.

● Create user flows, wireframes, responsive UI designs, and prototypes.

● Identify and solve UX problems across the Truemeds Web and Mobile experience.

● Design seamless journeys across discovery, product, checkout, and post-order

experiences

Design Systems

● Contribute to and evolve the Truemeds Design System.

● Build reusable components and patterns across mobile and web.

● Help maintain consistency across the product.

Collaboration

● Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Growth teams.

● Communicate design decisions clearly.

● Collaborate with Engineering through implementation.

● Review builds and maintain design quality through to launch.

● Balance user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and timelines.

What we're looking for

● 2–4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.

● A portfolio showcasing real product and web design work, design thinking, and

shipped experiences.

● Experience designing consumer-facing mobile or web products.

● Strong understanding of UX, interaction, and visual design.

● Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping.

● Experience working with design systems.

● Strong visual craft and attention to detail.

● Ability to simplify complex problems and create intuitive experiences.

● Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have

● Experience in healthtech, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces.

● Experience with user research or usability testing.

● Experience designing responsive web products.

● Knowledge of motion and micro-interactions.

● Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
