You will work as a core member of a Product, Technology, Design triad, partnering closely with globally distributed teams to shape experiences for some of the world's most sophisticated wealth management clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI and emerging tools thoughtfully to improve team quality and velocity, while keeping design fundamentals front and centre
  • Shape team culture: Model the studio values, build an inclusive and accountable environment, and run the rituals (1:1s, retros, feedback conversations) that make teams grow

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 12+ years of product design experience, with demonstrated experience leading and mentoring other designers
  • Hands-on across the full design process, from early discovery and research synthesis through high-fidelity interaction
  • Deep working knowledge of Figma and digital accessibility standards
  • Proven experience within enterprise design systems and complex product environments
  • Strong relationship builder, can work effectively with Product and Technology partners and hold design's perspective in planning forums
  • Clear, confident communicator, translates design rationale into product and business language without losing the nuance
  • Flexible to work outside normal business hours to accommodate communications with international colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similarly complex, regulated domain
  • A genuine coaching instinct, you develop designers through how you give feedback, run critique, and model craft, not just through formal reviews
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design workflows (research synthesis, rapid prototyping, content generation) and a considered point of view on when and how to use them
  • A portfolio that shows systems thinking, evidence of how your design decisions connected to product outcomes, not just polished deliverables
  • Ability to adapt and reprioritize as stakeholder needs, business context, or team capacity shift
