Role Objective:
As we continue to scale, we are looking for dynamic professionals who can work closely with our founders and leadership team to shape, grow and strengthen our ventures from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fast-moving ecosystem - helping to build lead, scalable, and future-ready businesses that redefine their industries. In this role, you will define and lead Altellect's design language, build a multi-brand design system, and elevate the user experience across all ventures especially for discerning HNI and luxury consumer segments.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Altellect's multi-brand design system components, tokens, typography, motion, and interaction patterns.
- Shape the visual and experiential identity for luxury-oriented categories (wealth, lifestyle, real estate, wellness).
- Lead UX quality across both the Core platform and Venture Pods, ensuring consistency without compromising distinct brand identities.
- Partner with Product Leads to translate high-level vision into intuitive, premium user journeys.
- Review and refine high-impact flows (onboarding, search, discovery, concierge interactions, feed layouts).
- Build and mentor central and venture designers helping them execute within the system while pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with Content, Data/AI, and Engineering to bring intelligent, cohesive, and delightfully crafted user experiences to life.
- Establish scalable workflows for multi-brand theming ensuring ventures retain distinct identities while leveraging a shared backbone.
- Build mechanisms to audit and detect inconsistencies, duplications, or deviations across ventures.
- Experiment with and introduce AI-assisted design workflows, automation tools, and efficiency boosters (e.g., GPT-based plugins, asset generators, automated redlines).
- Conduct or oversee usability testing and convert insights into actionable design improvements.
- Maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design suitable for premium audiences.
You are an ideal candidate if you have/ are:
- 69+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or digital design, ideally with exposure to HNI/luxury, lifestyle, fintech, hospitality, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong experience designing multi-surface, multi-brand digital products ideally in a startup, superapp, or high-growth environment.
- A strong visual + UX blend able to craft polished interfaces while solving for usability and clarity.
- Experience building or contributing to a design system ( Figma, tokens, components).
- Sensitivity for aesthetics, craftsmanship, and luxury visual language.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity with multiple evolving ventures and tight feedback loops.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to guide designers without heavy hierarchy.
