We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of product design lead
In this role, you will
- End-to-end design execution, interaction design, prototyping, and testing
- Working on design quality, delivery outcomes, and craft excellence
- Contribute to defining design direction within projects
- Applies established frameworks and problem-solving methods
- Conducts UX research leveraging tools and templates available as part of the design process
- Executes designs with high precision and attention to detail
- Collaborates closely with peers and PMs to execute scoped work
- Demonstrates end-to-end product design process and execution quality
- Communicates rationale and designs clearly to peers and stakeholders
- Applies UX writing principles and content patterns in execution
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong UX/UI craft and delivery examples
- Clear process from research to execution
- Delivers best-in-class user experiences through exceptional design execution, prototyping, and iteration. Operates with autonomy under defined strategic direction
- Portfolio showing high-fidelity solutions and usability depth
- Limited UX process or research exposure
- Portfolio's MUST be presented
- Experience in End-to-end UX design, interaction design, prototyping, visual craft, experience design, service design content design integration
