What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to improve user flows and interfaces
- Identify friction in current designs and propose intuitive, user-friendly solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and team input
- Help shape a product that thousands of users genuinely enjoy using
What we're looking for:
- 6+ months of real design experience (internship, freelance, part-time, or full-time)
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools
- A strong portfolio that shows your design thinking — not just pretty screens
- Sharp visual design sense and attention to detail
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience building or working with design systems
- Familiarity with AI tools that speed up design workflows
- A basic eye for graphic design and clean visual assets
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
