Job Description
We're looking for a UI/UX Design Intern with a strong visual eye, modern design sensibility, and a passion for crafting polished digital experiences.
You'll work closely with our product and design team to turn product flows and wireframes into clean, high-fidelity, production-ready interfaces for our mobile and web products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about the details: typography, spacing, hierarchy, interaction states, motion, and overall visual quality.
What You'll Do- Translate product requirements, user flows, and wireframes into polished high-fidelity UI designs.
- Explore fresh visual concepts, modern layouts, typography, color, and interaction patterns.
- Design responsive screens, component states, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Create thoughtful micro-interactions and animations that improve the user experience.
- Help build, organize, and maintain our Figma component library and design system.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams during design iterations and implementation.
- Participate in regular design and product syncs and incorporate feedback into your work.
- Review implemented designs and help maintain visual consistency across the product.
Strong Visual Portfolio: A portfolio on Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or a personal website demonstrating strong mobile UI, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.
Figma Proficiency: Comfortable working with auto layout, components, variants, interactive components, prototyping, and reusable design systems.
Strong Visual Design Sense: You have a good understanding of spacing, typography, color, hierarchy, composition, and contemporary digital design trends.
Interaction & Motion: You understand how subtle transitions, states, and micro-interactions can make an interface feel more intuitive and polished.
Reliability & Communication: You communicate clearly, respond to feedback, meet agreed timelines, and participate consistently in team discussions and design reviews.
Product Mindset: You care about more than making screens look good. You think about how people use the product, why a design decision makes sense, and how the experience can be improved.
What You'll Gain- Direct mentorship while working on real-world AI-powered educational products.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Experience taking designs from concept → high fidelity → prototype → production.
- Opportunities to contribute to a real design system and component library.
- Portfolio-worthy work from real products and shipped experiences.
- Exposure to designing interfaces for products used by real users.
- Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
- Role: UI/UX Design Intern
- Type: Unpaid Internship
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Eligibility: Current college students and recent graduates
- Duration: 3 months
This role requires consistent participation in team syncs, timely communication, and active involvement in assigned work. We are looking for someone who can commit reliably throughout the internship.
